Harriett is the chief music consultant to the Listen Media Campaign Company UK Ltd and has 4 decades of senior experience in the music industry. She was SVP of Business Development for the world’s largest record company Universal Music Group with responsibilities for developing business partnerships and new opportunities to bring brands and music closer together. She was previously Senior Vice President of Music for MTV Networks International for 13 years where she played a central role in the development of the MTV Europe Music Awards, leading all talent negotiations and artist relations for 13 MTVE award shows. She has also held a number of senior posts at EMI and Capitol Records in the UK, U.S., and Europe, dealing with many of the world’s biggest artists. In 2003 George Michael presented her Woman of the Year Award on behalf of the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy and BRITS trust. Harriett has a unique expertise in working with creatives and translating ideas into commercial concepts.
